Book in English in four steps

Send us a short request, and we reply by email. Your booking is confirmed when you pay in advance by card. There is no membership, and you do not need a phone number.

Send a request

Choose a menu from Menu & prices and give us two or three dates and times that suit you. Add your name and email address. If you are wearing gel from another salon, tell us here so we can set aside time to remove it.

We reply by email

We reply during business hours (11:00–21:00, Japan time). We email you the date and time we can offer, or the closest ones if none of your choices is free. If you have not heard from us after two days, please send us a message on Instagram, @blancher_salon_hiroo.

Pay in advance

Our email includes a secure payment link. Pay the full menu price by credit card. Your booking is confirmed once we receive the payment. Add-ons such as 3D parts are paid at the salon.

Come to the salon

Bring a photo of the design you want, saved on your phone. We keep a picture menu at the counter too. The address and directions are on the Access page.

Before you come

Three rules of the salon

Appointment onlyWe cannot take walk-ins. For a same-day slot, send a request first and wait for our reply.

Cancellation: 30% the day before, 100% on the day30% of the service fee is charged for a cancellation on the day before, and 100% on the day. The rest of your prepayment is refunded. If your plans change, tell us as early as you can.

Please come aloneCompanions cannot enter the salon, including children.

Please also tell us about the condition of your nails or any allergies when you book. If something is not shared at the time of booking, we may not be able to complete the service as reserved, and redos or refunds are not available.
